Batman: The Dark Knight

Without a doubt, the batman movie is one of the greatest movies of our time. It is truly an extraordinary piece of cinema as it is a radical departure from the "Superhero" movie genre as we know it.

The action sequences which have applause initiating moments are nicely balanced with the drama throughout this film, which in essence have you wanting to see more now, as you wait for the finale. Each primary character - Christian Bale of course does a great job playing Batman and Ledger did a great job as well. Heath Ledgers' portrayal of the Joker brings us face-to-face with one of the most maniacal psychopaths to grace the big screen. Everyone knows all the speculation about Heath Ledger's death after playing the Joker, and even the speculation of him being chosen in the first place, but there's one thing that there should be no speculation about: his performance. He puts on the best acting performance I've seen in years.

Overall The Dark Knight gets an A+ ___ this movie is breathtaking. Christian Bale and Heath Ledger represent true acting in this film.

Yes, this movie is good, but its overrated. Bale's performance felt stale and what was up with that voice? Heath Ledger gives a great performance, sad that it was his last, but I can't help but wonder if they're using his death as propaganda to push this film which is deplorable.

I only give this thing a B-. It was too dark and depressing for my taste, though. Give me Iron Man, Hellboy, and Hulk anyday over this. They were much better and more entertaining films.
